We are experienced property owners with over 30 years of experience providing students with affordable houses, only few minutes walk to the University campus so you are never far from lecture halls or nightlife.
The houses are managed and let by local estate agents and are all fully HMO licensed. We are members of the National Landlords Association and My Deposit Scheme. We are licensed and inspected by Portsmouth city council. Our team of dedicated workers are on hand 24/7 to carry out any repairs or maintenance promptly should anything go wrong. Our houses feature a shared kitchen and living area with 5 to 6 bedrooms let inclusive or exclusive of bills.
